The research study is being conducted by AOPA Australia member Laura Koerbin and Prof. Gabriel Lodewijks (Head of UNSW School of Aviation) and is being undertaken to learn more about the overall effects of the mandatory Cessna Supplemental Inspection Documents on Australia’s General Aviation aircraft owners, operators, and maintainers, seeking to identify the impacts on owners and operators.
Taking part in this research study is optional.

The study is looking for aircraft owners and operatosrs who want to take part in this research and who are:

– Owner, operator, or maintainer of Cessna aircraft eligible for SID inspections
– Resident or citizen of Australia
– Over 18 years old

Participants will be required to;

– Complete an online survey
– The questionnaire will ask you questions about the effect of the Cessna SID inspections on you as an owner, operator, or maintainer of Cessna aircraft, including your personal opinions on the inspections, and roughly how much money you have spent on the inspections.
– There will be no identifiable information gathered.
– It should take approximately five to ten (5-10) minutes to complete.
