The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of Australia will attend a meeting with the Moreton Bay Regional Council CEO, Mr Greg Chemello, to discuss the impacts of COVID-19 on the general aviation industry and on local aviation businesses and users at Redcliffe Airport in Queensland.  The meeting is scheduled for Monday 8th June 2020 at 9am.

“AOPA Australia is looking forward to the opportunity to meet with Moreton Bay Regional Council CEO, Mr Greg Chemello, representing our members at Redcliffe Airport, Queensland ” CEO Benjamin Morgan.

“The meeting is to discuss the impacts of COVID-19 on the general aviation industry along with the challenges facing local aviation businesses and users,

“Our association is inviting Council to work with industry to ensure aviation businesses have continued access to Redcliffe Airport, seeking support to help rebuild general aviation in the region.” he said.
