AUSFLY

Narromine, October 17 to 20, 2019

AOPA Australia members, family and friends are invited to the annual AUSFLY Event for 2019 – to be held at Narromine from Thursday 17 to Sunday October 20.   For those that cannot make the complete event, choose one or two days to fly-in and attend one or more of the many interesting activities available.

AUSFLY which is a general aviation industry fly-in and camp-out, is an aviation community partnership initiative sponsored by:

Those who register early for AUSFLY, may have the opportunity to camp under the wing of their aircraft which has become a signature experience for thousands of Australian Aviators.  There will also be many opportunities to participate as a volunteer.   This could include air traffic controllers, ground marshals, catering and golf cart drivers.

Pilot and passengers will enjoy the flight to Narromine, which tracks over the spectacular Blue Mountains. A return flight can comfortably be done in a day in Piper Warrior or Cessna 172 type aircraft from Sydney as Bankstown to Narromine is 173 nautical miles direct.
