The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association of Australia has been called on by the Central Coast Aero Club and the Warnervale aircraft owner and pilot community to speak before the next meeting of the Central Coast Council 12th August 2019, in support of two motions being put before the meeting by Councillor Greg Best.

“I am looking forward to attending the Central Coast Council meeting to speak on behalf of the local and national aviation community, highlighting the importance of Warnervale Airport and the value to the Central Coast community. ” AOPA Australia Executive Director Benjamin Morgan.

“Our association is deeply concerned for the future of Warnervale Airport and will be calling on the Central Coast Council to provide clear assurance for the future of this important aviation community asset.” he said.

The council meeting will be live broadcast via the internet.
